What we collect

When you request a quote, we collect what you enter in the form: your name, phone number, email (optional), address, the service you need, any details you add, and any photos you attach.

To check whether you’re in our service area, the city or ZIP you type in the quote form, and any town you search on our Service Areas map, is looked up through OpenStreetMap’s search service. If you tap “use my location,” your browser shares your location with the page only to show how far you are from us. It isn’t sent to us or stored.

How we use it

Only to respond to your request: to give you a quote, schedule and do the work, and contact you about it. We don’t sell your information, and we don’t share it with anyone for their own marketing.

Who helps us run the site

• Vercel hosts the website. We use Vercel’s privacy-friendly analytics to count visits and see which pages are popular. It doesn’t use cookies or track you across other sites.
• Our web designer (pclambs) runs visit statistics for this site so we can improve it: which pages are viewed, how far people scroll, which buttons are tapped, and roughly which town visits come from. It doesn’t use cookies, never records anything you type, and doesn’t store your IP address. If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal, nothing is recorded.
• Google (Gmail) delivers quote requests to our inbox.
• OpenFreeMap and OpenStreetMap provide the map and place search on the Service Areas page.

Cookies

This site doesn’t use advertising or tracking cookies.

How long we keep it

We keep quote requests as long as we need them to serve you and keep normal business records. You can ask us to delete your information at any time.

Your choices

To see, correct, or delete the information you’ve sent us, call or text us at (615) 796-6459.

Children

This site isn’t intended for children, and we don’t knowingly collect their information.

Changes

If we change how we handle information, we’ll update this page and the date above.
