FAQ

Questions,
Answered.

Still have questions? and we'll get back to you.

Will pressure washing damage my siding?+

Not with the right technique. We use soft washing — low pressure with biodegradable cleaning solution — on all siding, painted surfaces, and anything delicate. High pressure is only used on concrete, brick, and stone.

Do I need to be home during the service?+

No. As long as we have access to the areas being cleaned and a water spigot, we can complete the job without you there. We'll send photos when we're done.

How long does a typical job take?+

A driveway takes 1–2 hours. A full house wash is usually 2–4 hours depending on size. We'll give you a time estimate with your quote.

Do you bring your own water?+

We use a hose connected to your outdoor spigot. Most jobs use 100–200 gallons — less than one normal lawn watering cycle.

Can you remove oil stains from my driveway?+

We can significantly reduce most oil stains with our degreaser pre-treatment and high-pressure rinse. Very old or deeply set stains may not come out completely, and we'll be upfront about that before we start.

How often should I pressure wash my house?+

Most homes benefit from an annual wash. If you have heavy tree coverage, a shaded north-facing side, or live in a humid area, every 6–12 months is ideal.

What areas do you service?+

Contact us with your location and we'll confirm. We service residential and commercial properties throughout the area.
